For bookings made within 30 days of tour departure, full payment is required promptly. Our charges encompass a comprehensive array of services, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, sightseeing tickets, culinary arrangements, tour guides, and entertainment expenses.

 

All billing is conducted in adherence to explicit terms and conditions. Please note that AirPro Holidays is not liable for payment refusals by your chosen provider (e.g., due to incorrect card details), and any issues should be addressed directly with the respective financial institution.

 

Upon payment approval, you will receive a prompt confirmation prompt which should be retained for your records. In the event of service cancellation, applicable fees may be levied according to our cancellation policy, which governs all refund processes. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only through the original payment method, with potential discrepancies due to exchange rate fluctuations beyond our control.
